Exchanges, visits and extra-curricular activities

All activities and experiences beyond the curriculum are invaluable to the development of confident, well-rounded individuals and as such we expect and encourage all students to get involved.

We encourage our pupils to take advantage of the wide range of sports on offer, drama and musical opportunities, Twycross community service and other charitable activities – there really is something for everyone.

Field trips and visits to places of interest around the UK take place every term. These are arranged to reinforce learning across the curriculum and to enrich and develop deeper thinking and understanding in all subjects.

Overseas trips over the past few years have taken place to France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Iceland and Greece and these we hope have helped our students see life in other countries to develop greater cultural understanding.
